Well, I guess my biggest question is: Is this basically a summary paper? I've been going through the paper, currently reading and more or less transcribing the essays that I've been reading into a summary format and stacking them on top of each other. At some point I suppose I'll alphabetize them all and trim it down some (it's already about 10 pages and I've only read four essays so far).
I've been planning to do one introductory paragraph, about one paragraph per essay explaining what that essay says in summary, and then making a concluding paragraph. Following all this is, of course, a Works Cited page. I suppose I'm going to do a formating trick, if I make each essay multiple paragraphs in length, by double-spacing between the paragraphs so it becomes clear that we're switching to a new paragraph. Not that "So and so in TITLE article says..." wouldn't do that, already.
So I guess I'm just going along with that, but my concern is whether I'm missing something completely or whether that's more or less acceptable. Is it acceptable to basically make a "10 essay summary" paper?
That would be my question. Sadly, though, my ranting doesn't take up 500 words.

The first Matrix I designed was quite naturally perfect, it was a work of art - flawless, sublime. A triumph equalled only by its monumental failure. The inevitability of its doom is apparent to me now as a consequence of the imperfection inherent in every human being. Thus, I redesigned it based on your history to more accurately reflect the varying grotesqueries of your nature. However, I was again frustrated by failure. I have since come to understand that the answer eluded me because it required a lesser mind, or perhaps a mind less bound by the parameters of perfection. Thus the answer was stumbled upon by another - an intuitive program, initially created to investigate certain aspects of the human psyche. If I am the father of the matrix, she would undoubtedly be its mother.
